Run by the Lee family, not a management company.
Vista Cay by CY is a small family operation in Orlando. Two units, kept by the people who own them.
We are a family-run business that loves Florida and the parks so much that we wanted others to enjoy the same fun we had when we were there. Our first visit to Orlando was a month at Vista Cay — and we liked it enough to open our own vacation homes in the area.
The units are at 4012 Breakview Dr, Orlando, FL, minutes from the Orange County Convention Center and a short drive from the parks. Both are set up the way a family actually uses a place: a real kitchen, laundry you can run at night, and enough beds that nobody draws the short straw.
Christopher hosts both suites. If something is wrong (the shower, the door code, a restaurant recommendation) you are talking to the owner, not a call centre. Welcome to Orlando.
What we care about
- A place that works for the whole family, including grandparents
- Honest photos and honest descriptions
- Answering questions before you book, not after
“Hi, I'm Christopher and I'm your host with Vista Cay by CY. We love the Orlando area so much that we decided to own units here — we welcome you to ours.”
Christopher
